• Schedule:
  
  1st Shift (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm)

• Analyze & Adjust – Use data to track trends, make real‑time adjustments, and keep shipments on time while optimizing inventory.
• Resolve & Improve – Tackle product shortages head‑on! Work with leadership to boost fill rates and streamline operational flow.
• Customer Service – Handle escalations and ensure both internal and external customers stay happy.
• Communicate & Lead – Guide warehouse teams on daily goals, monitor performance, and provide insights to keep things moving efficiently.
• Yard Management – Oversee trailer moves with the yard spotter to ensure everything stays on schedule.

• Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of hands‑on warehouse experience.
• Strong Communicator – Confident working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Tech‑Savvy – Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Problem Solver – Able to analyze data, think critically, and make smart decisions on the fly.
• Detail‑Oriented & Organized – Juggles multiple tasks with ease in a fast‑paced environment.
