Job Type: Full-time

The Quotations Specialist will ensure customer projects are correctly sourced and quoted per each customer’s Request for Quote (RFQ).

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, generate accurate quotes, align with pricing policies, and enter project bid tickets promptly.
• Understand the product catalog, advise the sales team on availability and features, and stay updated on new offerings.
• Respond promptly to quote requests, address customer inquiries and negotiations, and build strong client relationships.
• Validate quotes for accuracy, ensure compliance with standards, apply markup to materials, and prepare RFQs.
• Work with sales, procurement, and inventory teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and participate in sales meetings and operations.
• Service drilling and production accounts, support the sales team administratively, manage orders, and provide technical sales support.
• Perform additional duties as required and assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of inside sales experience in the same or similar industry.
• Computer literate; proficient with MS Office 365.
• Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach.
• Physical requirements:
  
  sitting, standing, walking, lifting to 50 lbs., carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.

Salary: $85k-$90k + Commission.
