Loss Prevention Agent

Adecco is currently seeking a Loss Prevention and Safety Agent (LPA) for a premier client in Shafter, CA. This role is ideal for individuals interested in building a long-term career in safety, security, and loss prevention. The LPA is responsible for ensuring the safety of all associates and protecting company assets while maintaining a professional and secure environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* As a Loss Prevention and Safety Associate, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

+ Greet visitors, associates, and contractors while enforcing required safety protocols

+ Maintain site security and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

+ Manage access control at facility entry points with professionalism and confidentiality

+ Conduct routine safety audits, identify risks, and communicate findings

+ Monitor the facility for hazards and unsafe conditions

+ Respond to incidents, conduct investigations, and report findings to stakeholders

+ Support theft prevention initiatives and asset protection measures

+ Operate and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control, and radio communication

+ Prepare and send reports and correspondence through various communication channels

+ Assist during emergency situations and coordinate with local Police and Fire officials

** Qualifications & Requirements*
* + High School Diploma or GED required

+ Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, instant messaging, and ability to learn new systems

+ Strong communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to effectively interact with visitors, contractors, leadership, and staff

+ Fluent in English (written and verbal)

+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to de-escalate and resolve conflicts

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

+ Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality

+ Ability to analyze situations and ensure compliance with safety standards

** Schedule*
* + Rotating schedule including weekends and holidays

+ Flexibility to work alternative shifts based on business needs

+ Immediate openings available on 2nd Shift 2:30 PM-11 :00 PM

** Compensation & Benefits*
* + Weekly pay starting at $21.38 per hour

+ Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

+ Long-term opportunity with potential for full-time hire after 90 days

** Pay Details:**  $19.39 to $21.39 per hour
