Salary: $26.00 – $40.00 per hour
Shift: Any shift; 2nd & 3rd shift differential $2.00 per hour

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or technical school certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain necessary tools and toolbox
- Strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude
- Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs
- Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections
- Diagnose electrical systems and ABS brake system repairs
- Tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs
- Structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts
- Troubleshoot APUs and provide road service calls
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and service company vehicles
- Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and other tools
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed
