Food and food service delivery drivers play a critical role in the country's food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers' products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company—building lasting relationships with our customers.

As a Coordinator, Transportation, you will support the transportation team in improving production processes and maintaining daily business. This includes tracking, calculating, and coordinating driver and route information, performing administrative tasks, and communicating professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers. You will ensure drivers are equipped with the information needed to deliver all products on time and safely.

• Track, calculate, and coordinate driver and route information.
• Answer and coordinate incoming transportation‑related phone calls.
• Maintain and track all DOT required files and other reports (vehicle inspection, fuel, and mileage).
• Track, input, and process driver payroll data as backup and perform other related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

At least 6 months in a transportation environment.

Administrative support experience with basic math and computer data entry skills.

Knowledge and understanding of Department of Transportation regulations.

Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.

Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; overtime as needed, possibly some weekends.

6 months in a transportation environment and interfacing with customers within the food‑service industry.
