Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid work history, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance and attendance.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders based on pick lists, RF scanners, or order sheets
- Prepare products for packing, staging, and shipping
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
- Restock shelves, pull product, and assist with general warehouse tasks
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean work area
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily goals
