Distribution Center Supervisor
Adecco is seeking an experienced and motivated DC Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring safety and operational excellence, maintaining inventory accuracy, and developing high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong warehouse operations experience, a commitment to associate development, and a passion for continuous improvement.
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated candidates to join our team on both 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift
.
- Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control.
- Assign labor and manage workflows to meet daily production and service goals.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of customer orders.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop warehouse associates.
- Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate operational priorities.
- Assign tasks and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable work environment.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety programs.
- Conduct safety observations and audits to identify and eliminate workplace hazards.
- Promote proper equipment usage and safe work practices.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and safety standards.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Seasonal with potential to go temp- to- hire based on performance or production needs.

$72,000.00 per year
