Job Description Domestic Gas Engineer – Shaftesbury
My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Gas, Oil & Domestic Gas Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations across a range of commercial and domestic heating systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities ?- Service, maintain, repair, and install commercial and domestic gas and oil heating systems.?
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.?
- Complete planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs.?
- Carry out gas safety inspections and boiler servicing.?
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations.?
- Complete job reports and certification accurately.?
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
- Commercial Gas qualifications (CODNCO1 or equivalent).?
- Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1 and relevant appliances).?
- OFTEC qualification ( or equivalent experience).?
- Proven experience with commercial and domestic heating systems.?
- Full UK driving licence.?
- Strong fault-finding skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- £45,000–£49,000 salary (depending on experience).?
- Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform.?

- 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays.?
- Overtime available.?
