The salary is $50,000 - $52,500 per year depending on relevant education, experience, and licensure.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
1-2 years experience in HR coordination, applicant tracking database management, or talent pipeline tracking.

JOB SUMMARYThe Pre-Employment Specialist is responsible for managing the administrative coordination, tracking, and data integrity of the pre-boarding pipeline for Wingspan Care Group and its subsidiaries. This role ensures that all candidate documentation, background steps, and system updates move efficiently to achieve day-one readiness, providing clear communication and a supportive experience to incoming personnel. A wide degree of creativity, ability to connect with a wide array of people, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
