Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served;
Help to resolve food quality issues;
Support food safety which includes hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies;
Help to resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences;
Develop and cross training all front of house Crew; assist with crew performance reviews; development of future Service Leaders; assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork
