Job Description - Finance Manager, Ventures (260006BU)

As the Finance Manager for Ventures this position will operate in a growth‑oriented, fast‑paced business environment requiring high energy, time‑management, and organization. The manager will be responsible for providing financial analysis and audit support to the Finance Director for UH Ventures. This position will interact with multiple business leaders on behalf of the Finance Director on various financial affairs and presentations.

Provide financial guidance and support to various operational leaders related to the business units. The manager will prepare and coordinate the submission of annual budgets, the strategic plan, and forecasts for UH Ventures. Serve as a resource and financial advisor on special projects, new business plans, joint ventures and other initiatives as needed.

Some travel is expected as necessary to meet business needs. The manager may be engaged in cross‑departmental and cross‑functional projects as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Preferred)

• Minimum of 5‑7 years of relevant job experience
