QUALIFICATIONS:
ul> li>Excellent work history li>Patient care or Phlebotomy experience a plus li>Successful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science – Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus li>Highly motivated li>Attention to details li>Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts as needed by the facility /ul> TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW: ul> li>Sixteen weeks paid formal training li>Weeks 1-4 – Onsite clinical introduction to unit li>Weeks 5-10 – Classroom and onsite clinical instruction li>Weeks 11-16 – Onsite clinical training with preceptor li>Successful completion of training program is dependent on maintaining a 78% cumulative average on exams along with passing clinical competencies li>Excellent attendance record is mandatory /ul> p>Centers for Dialysis Care is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
