The salary is $80,000 per 10-month school year with additional compensation for extended school year.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education:

    Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology required.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with supervision requirements met. Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) required. Educational Aide Permit – Ohio Department of Education (or other applicable ODE license)

    • Pass Safety Care Core Curriculum by passing the written exam, attending the full duration of training, participating and passing the required role plays, and demonstrating the full competencies up to and including the Two-Person Stability Hold required.

      Demonstrate competence in utilizing Agency computer systems and software as required to perform essential job functions.

    4.

    Experience:

    A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst required.

    • A minimum of 3 year of experience supervising Trainees (those pursuing BCBA certification) required.
    • Experience providing administrative supervision.
    • Experience planning and providing group supervision.
    • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, Functional Analysis, and writing Behavior Intervention Plans.
    • Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
    • Experience in crisis management.
