BENEFITS AND SALARY
Starting salary $50,000 for 10-month school year with additional compensation for extended school year.
Bachelor’s Degree required. Must be currently in pursuit of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology and taking coursework approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Year Educational Aide Permit – Ohio Department of Education.

- Pass Safety Care Core Curriculum by passing the written exam, attending the full duration of training, participating and passing the required role plays, and demonstrating the full competencies up to and including the Two-Person Stability Hold required.

Experience working within the field of applied behavior analysis preferred. Experience working with children with autism and related disorders preferred. Experience in crisis management preferred.
