City of Shaker Heights seeks a Co-Responder (Specialist) for the First CALL Program to work with public safety agencies in crises involving behavioral health and related services. You will provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, resource navigation and collaboration with partners to promote safety and continuity of care.
You will operate weekdays 10 am–7 pm, use an agency vehicle, document thoroughly, and engage with diverse communities while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.
