Serving as a key liaison to departments such as Nursing, Pharmacy, and Perioperative Services, you will drive improvements in clinical workflows, troubleshoot complex system issues, and lead projects that shape the future of healthcare technology.

• Lead needs assessments, software design, deployment, and reporting for clinical applications.
• Facilitate clinical workflow design in collaboration with healthcare professionals to optimize efficiency and incorporate quality initiatives.
• Independently test software solutions, developing and validating testing scripts to ensure design objectives are met.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues, including hardware and vendor-related problems, to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate closely with end users to understand their workflows and system requirements, ensuring seamless system integration.
• Maintain system security, disaster recovery, and backup protocols for assigned applications.
• Act as project lead in partnership with the Project Management Office, overseeing all project phases from scoping to transition to operations.
• Mentor and guide Application Analysts while ensuring comprehensive documentation standards.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using industry-standard report writers like Crystal Reports.
• Participate in developing training materials and support end-user training initiatives.
• Lead escalation processes to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Develop and refine policies and procedures with clinicians and IT team members.
• Evaluate system performance and maintain thorough documentation to support ongoing operations.

• High school diploma required
• 3+ years of experience supporting clinical applications in a hospital or healthcare environment required
• Epic Healthy Planet certification (clinical & analytics) required
