At The Botnick Law Firm, we’re committed to delivering exceptional legal and client services through a personalized, people-first approach. We’re currently seeking a full-time paralegal who is motivated to support attorneys handling misdemeanors, felonies, traffic, and OVI/DUI matters.

This role is ideal for someone who demonstrates exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, proactively anticipates next steps, and excels at managing multiple priorities with precision and independence. The candidate will also bring critical thinking to the role by prioritizing effectively, anticipating what will be needed next, and flagging risks early.

This person is self-sufficient—able to take ownership of a project, problem-solve independently, and help create solutions. They communicate clearly in writing and present professionally in client-facing interactions. They are comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, and they handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

The successful candidate will join our team in our office in Shaker Heights, where they will have access to a free parking garage, close proximity to I-271 and I-480, and access to public transportation.

Compensation: Starting at $50,000 yearly; higher starting compensation available commensurate with experience and skill.
