RN - Registered Nurse Advanced Support & Care ; Day Shift in Eastside Cuyahoga

We're hiring dedicated, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) not PRN or occasional work. This role is ideal for nurses who want steady, meaningful engagement with clients and are ready to provide specialized care, including Medication Administration, Trach Care, Catheter Care, Full Assist ADLs
, and Transfers to/from Electric Wheelchairs

The schedule for this position is 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Any day Monday through Sunday

• Provide Medication Administration as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Perform Trach Care safely, following proper procedures and monitoring for complications.
• Provide Catheter Care
  , ensuring cleanliness, proper function, and accurate documentation.
• Assist clients with Full ADLs
  , maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Support Mobility and Transfers
  , including safe use of Electric Wheelchairs
  .
• Monitor clients' health status and promptly report changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure clients'
  safety, comfort, and well-being
  .
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Adhere to all infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols
  .

• Perform all skill, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act – Ohio Revised Code (ORC) of clinical practice.
• Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgement and critical thinking.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes.
• Document observed changes in patient's condition, situation, or care environment, and communicate to the Director of Nursing.
• Adhere to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency of employment.
• Adhere to HIPAA laws and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information.
