Game Stop - 16657 Chagrin Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs; inform guests of promotions and recommend additional items.;
Promote guest benefits and loyalty programs (e.g., reservations, trade-in, Pro Rewards).;
Assist Store Manager with setting guest service expectations and training store associates in policies and procedures.;
Monitor and evaluate associate performance, provide feedback, and document performance in HR system.;
Schedule associates and manage onboarding, training, and compliance before openings/closings; ensure proper store operations and merchandising per guidelines.
