Branch Banking - Client Consultant I (Part-Time) – Shaker Heights, OH
Branch Banking Client Consultant I is responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. The role processes financial transactions accurately, efficiently, and friendly while maintaining operational standards and supporting the team in meeting branch goals.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team members to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.

Experience:
Provide a positive client experience by assisting with account queries, problems, and complaints; research and communicate to resolve in a timely and effective manner. Deliver client engagement and education. Meet behavioral activity goals defined by Retail Leadership including referrals. - Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions with a focus on preventing losses; understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
- Additional Accountabilities: Perform special projects and additional duties as required. Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and complete required compliance trainings. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) or foreign equivalent.
- 0–3 years of customer service and sales experience.
- Preferred:
Experience in the financial services industry.
- Action-oriented: Enjoys working hard, action-oriented, pursues opportunities aggressively.
- Business Acumen: Knows products, understands sales processes, and identifies customer needs.
- Approachability: Easy to approach, builds rapport, patient, and courteous.
- Problem Solving: Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems; is a good listener.
- Priority Management: Focuses on important tasks, eliminates roadblocks, and manages time efficiently.

Benefits OverviewPay range: $17.00–$22.55 per hour. Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.
