AP Specialist

This is a temp to hire position onsite in Shakopee. Pay rate ranges from $27-$29 per hour depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential function effectively:

• Prepare and process incoming invoices accurately and in a timely manner using SAP.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate invoice discrepancies, such as quantity variances, unit‑of‑measure differences, and pricing issues, in a prompt and professional manner.
• Process invoice payments through SAP according to required timelines.
• Review designated vendor statements monthly and research open or past‑due items.
• Respond to vendor inquiries by phone or email in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of processed documents.
• Provide support for month‑end closing activities as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned based on business needs.
