Commercial Tire Service Tech

Heartland Tire Inc is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to join our automotive team. In this customer-facing role, you will mount, balance, repair, and replace commercial and passenger tires on a variety of vehicles, perform basic inspections, and support preventative maintenance. You'll respond to service calls, operate shop and tire-changing equipment safely, and keep accurate service records. Working in a team-focused, integrity-driven environment, you'll help ensure vehicles are safe, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our high service and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, mount, balance, and repair commercial and passenger tires
• Perform tire rotations, flat repairs, and replacements
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
• Respond to road service calls as needed
• Operate tire changers, balancers, jacks, and related shop tools safely
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Document services performed and follow work orders accurately
• Interact professionally with customers and explain basic services
• Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and proper lifting
• Support team members and contribute to a positive shop culture
