Business Development Manager - Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can open doors, build relationships, and drive new revenue in our Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Divisions.

The Role:

This is a front‑line, revenue‑generating position. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for:

• Grounds maintenance contracts
• HOA multi‑family community services
• Commercial property maintenance programs
• Snow Services

You will work closely with ownership and operations to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new Commercial, HOA, and Multi‑Family accounts
• Build relationships with property managers, asset managers, board members, and developers
• Conduct site walks and needs assessments
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and service programs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and activity reports
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, property services, construction, or facilities services
• Strong communicator with confidence in front of property managers and decision‑makers
• Self‑motivated, organized, and hungry to win
• Comfortable with cold outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship building
• Knowledge of commercial landscaping or property maintenance is REQUIRED
