Operations Manager, Procurement / Purchasing
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Project Management: Oversee all supply chain deliverables and ensure completion within the NPD phase gate process.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between project teams and supply chain functions, such as commodity management, supplier quality, compliance, and purchasing.
- Review and Documentation: Prepare and present supply chain content for project reviews, documenting evidence for gate approvals.
- Resource Coordination: Delegate tasks and request additional supply chain support as needed, ensuring all team members understand project scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Supplier Engagement: Initiate and manage quoting processes, supplier selection, and organize DFM/DFT discussions among stakeholders.
- Sourcing and Purchasing: Support sourcing activities, focusing on cost, lead times, and supplier quality. Manage all procurement for prototyping and development phases.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements in supply chain activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You’re a detail‑driven supply chain partner who keeps complex projects moving. You communicate clearly, coordinate effectively across functions, and surface risks before they become roadblocks. You can juggle several activities across multiple programs without losing sight of the bigger picture. Above all, you’re organized, proactive, and skilled at connecting project needs with the right supply chain resources.
For This Role, You Will Need:- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations preferred
- APICs CPIM or CSCP certifications

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $88,000-$105,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
