Job Description:
As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of one house, working closely with your team to provide exceptional care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to lead, support individuals, and grow within RCC.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership:
Supervise and develop DSPs to deliver person‑centered care. - Operations Management:
Manage staffing schedules, approve timecards, and provide on‑call support as needed. - Compliance and Oversight:
Ensure site adherence to 245D regulations and licensing standards. - Administrative Support:
Collaborate with guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers. Maintain records, budgets, and medication audits. - Daily Site Management:
Oversee meal planning, activities, and home maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1+ year of leadership.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including high behaviors.
- Strong problem‑solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and meet other physical demands.
- Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
