Construction Manager

job summary: A Construction Manager is needed for an industrial construction project. The Construction Manager will lead the on-site execution team to ensure all project scopes are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to strict quality and contractual standards. Serving as the primary representative to business partners and subcontractors, this role oversees daily field operations and drives a proactive safety culture across the site.

Candidates must possess several years of proven experience managing complex, large-scale industrial plant construction as a Construction Manager or Site Manager. Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary site teams, coordinating complex field activities, resolving partner conflicts, and applying structured project execution methodologies is required. This is a long-term contract role and Per Diem may be considered for qualified regional candidates.

• Actively promote, implement, and enforce project HSE programs for the site team and all working subcontractors
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, oversee detailed construction planning, and ensure daily/weekly progress meetings are documented
• Monitor the master construction schedule, review progress, and implement corrective measures whenever deviations occur
• Verify technical, schedule, and cost change requests while contributing to deviation tracking and claim preparation
