Full-Time Service Advisor
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to join our high-performing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves helping people, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs — in person, over the phone, and digitally
- Clearly relay customer concerns and requests to our service technicians
- Provide accurate estimates and explain service recommendations to customers
- Coordinate repair efforts with our internal service team, manufacturers, warranty providers, insurance companies, and vendors
- Ensure all labor and parts are properly documented and billed on each work order
- Stay up to date with RV products and services to offer knowledgeable support and solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
- Previous experience in customer service, RV/automotive service, or parts a plus — but not required
