Member Assist Cart Attendant

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Support members by keeping a well‑kept parking lot, serving as a cart attendant, and ensuring carts are ready and available.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and providing exceptional customer service across the club.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area, including sweeping and other safety sweeps.
• Use company policies and procedures to package products, dispense items, and handle merchandise safely.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, including offering alternative product options and handling payments.
• Communicate progress and information to managers, co‑workers, and customers as needed.
• Apply company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity in all tasks.
• Collaborate with managers and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and improvement opportunities.

The hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00. Premium compensation may apply.
