Maintain area of responsibility according to policies by handling returns, zoning the area, and organizing merchandise; identify shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member, and assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Support self-checkout area by resolving member issues, promoting products and services, and guiding on self-service technology; process member purchases, refunds, and exchanges according to policies;
Assist with securing and safeguarding assets by observing security procedures, maintaining logs, and supporting emergency responses;
Assist with training Member Frontline Service associates on processes and new technology, delivering rollout training, and providing continuous learning opportunities.
