Project Coordinator

• Full-Time Year-Round • $40,000 - $60,000 Per Year + Benefits - Pay Based Upon Skills & Experience

• Support project managers and designers in planning, scheduling, and executing residential landscape and interior design projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate project timelines, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, budgets, and estimates, while tracking project costs and assisting with invoicing and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and permits; assist with material selections as needed.
• Provide administrative support to maintain seamless workflow between the design and field teams.

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field.
• Experience in landscape design, interior design, construction, or design-build preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
