Kindergarten Teacher - LTS, FTE - Red Oak Elementary

Long-term Substitute Kindergarten Teacher

Shakopee Public Schools is searching for a long-term substitute (LTS, 1.0 FTE) to teach kindergarten at Red Oak Elementary starting August 24, 2026 through approximately December 22, 2026. Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.

MN teaching license in Elementary Education (grades K-6). Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction. Strong classroom management skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff.
