This assignment includes a combination of teaching English Education and being a Building Substitute at Shakopee East Middle School for the school year. Job Summary
Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.
Qualifications
- Current MN teaching license in English/ Language Arts or Communication Arts/ Literature.
- Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff.
Classroom environment.
