8th Grade Science Teacher
Shakopee Public Schools is searching for an 8th Grade Science Teacher to join the team at West Middle School beginning the school year. Provides instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability, creates a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth. Establishes effective working relationships with students and parents, works collaboratively with other staff members.
Qualifications:
- Valid MN teaching license in Science 5-8
- Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction
- Strong classroom management skills
- Effective communication skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff
