Lead Mechanical Engineer

• Candidates should have 7-9 years of experience.
• Mechanical PE License in MN and the ability to become licensed in other states.
• Previous experience Leading Design Teams in Direct Partnership with clients and design professionals
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu and Cloud-Base Designs (BIM 360, Auto Desk Construction Cloud)
• Strong Experience with HVAC and Mechanical Piping Systems Design
• System Comparative Analysis and Selection
• Packaged Equipment
• Pumps and Hydronic Systems
• Must know Minnesota Mechanical and Energy Codes
• Must know ASHRAE Publications:
  Standards 90.1,62.1, etc.
• Must know HVAC Loads and Calculations (Excel Spreadsheet based, Trane Trace 700, HAP, IES VE)
• Going in the Field to meet with Construction and Clients regarding projects.
• MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Note, SharePoint, Teams)
• Working knowledge of the following - MN Codes for Fire/NFPA, Building (Mechanical), Plumbing, Model Codes/Codes for other states, SMACNA Standards, Plumbing Systems, VRF and Refrigeration Systems, Controls and Schematics, Construction Methods
