If you are a Master Scheduler professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you at our Shakopee, MN location! The Master Scheduler owns the master production schedule and build plan, ensuring alignment of demand, capacity, and material availability to deliver on customer commitments. This role drives executable schedules, manages lead-time performance, and leads cross-functional alignment to ensure reliable execution across the factory.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules across multiple production lines by balancing capacity and material constraints to meet customer demand and service level targets.
  • Level load production schedules to optimize capacity utilization, improve Available To Promise (ATP) accuracy, and ensure stable execution.
  • Own and maintain master data settings (ATP, lead times, and time fences) to ensure accurate planning inputs and executable schedules.
  • Own and manage product lead-times, including determining lead-times for large quantity orders and responding to lead-time inquiries based on material and capacity constraints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve scheduling constraints and expedite requests to support customer commitments.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions in key operational forums (lead-time extension recovery efforts and monthly SIOP meetings) to align schedules, resolve constraints, and drive execution.
  • Support cross-site coordination to balance production and ensure execution to plan.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects to drive improvements in scheduling processes, lead-time performance, and execution efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience with Oracle ERP system.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling, or automation).
  • Experience working in cross-site or global manufacturing environments.
  • APICS CPIM Certification.

Compensation: Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $60, annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
