Guest Ambassador (Part‑Time, Seasonal) – Mystic Lake Amphitheater. The Guest Ambassador proactively interacts with guests to ensure they have an enjoyable experience, providing information and assistance on all venue‑related matters.

• Communicate venue policies and procedures to guests as they prepare to enter the venue.
• Proactively assist guests to enhance their experience.
• Answer questions about common venue programs such as upgrades and fan merchandise.
• Assist guests with needs such as locating seats, seat relocation, escorting to artist meet & greets, and finding lost items.
• Direct restroom and concessions lines to shorten wait times.
• Help resolve guest complaints.
• Participate in the venue’s sustainability program, including recycling collection and fan education.
• Partner with fellow staff after show to close the venue, which may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and proper storage of event equipment.
• Report maintenance and cleaning issues to the department manager promptly.
• Fill in temporarily with a department during peak or break times.
• Greet guests as they enter and leave the venue and may distribute advertising flyers.
• Check restrooms frequently to ensure smooth operation and alert cleaning staff when necessary.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of guest service and communication experience (preferred).
• Creative thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to execute programs.
• Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry 25 lbs+; occasional sitting required.

$17.28 - $21.60 USD per hour. Pay is based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
