Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Family Medicine - Shakopee

Overview

Park Nicollet Clinics – Shakopee is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join their Family Medicine team. This is an outpatient position where you will have the ability to build a patient panel. Minimum of 1+ years of outpatient primary care APC experience required.

As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. • Provide outpatient primary care services as a Family Medicine APC.
• Build and manage a patient panel in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a supportive team committed to patient-centered care.

• Minimum of 1+ years of outpatient primary care APC experience.

Pay range: $108,160 - $157,000 for 1.0 FTE. Compensation is based on role requirements, education, experience, location, and other factors. After the salary guarantee period, compensation is based on work RVU productivity.
