TRIA is looking to hire a Medical Receptionist to join our orthopedic team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position SummaryThe primary responsibilities for employees providing support within a department are to greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals and support departmental clerical duties.
Work ScheduleOn-call/casual, evenings and weekends. Shifts include weekdays 4-8pm and weekends 8am-4:30pm. We are seeking a reliable, flexible team member who can provide coverage for same‑day call‑ins, urgent staffing needs, and pre‑scheduled shifts.
Preferred Qualifications- 6 months related experience
- Some medical background preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Human relations sensitivity and customer service skills
- Listening and telephone etiquette skills
