Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) seeks a Clinical Trainee to provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults in residential treatment at the Healing Center. You will receive supervision toward licensure and work with cultural practitioners to support Native wellness.
Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, case management, crisis support, discharge planning, and documentation in Next Gen, all within a trauma-informed, culturally grounded framework.
