Part-Time Diet Clerk

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Part-Time Diet Clerk to our healthcare team in Shakopee, MN. As a Diet Clerk with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations. This position will be scheduled 2 days per week.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing nutritional data software
• Inputting nutritional information
• Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field
• Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs
• At least one years' experience in nutrition or related field

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of Sure Quest Food Service Management Systems

Compensation Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, Depending on Experience.
