Overview
Are you a detail‑oriented HR/payroll professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? We're looking for an HR/Payroll Administrator to support our union payroll operations, onboarding processes, and HR workflows. You’ll partner closely with HR, Accounting, and field leadership to ensure accurate payroll, smooth employee onboarding, and strong data integrity across our systems.
Responsibilities- Review weekly union time records for accuracy in partnership with HR and Superintendent
- Enter time into Paycom and assist in weekly payroll processing for 100–500 employees
- Research and resolve payroll questions, paycheck errors, and wage adjustments
- Support certified payroll reporting, workers’ comp reporting, MN PFML, and other compliance needs
- Manage wage levies, child support orders, and other wage‑related compliance items
- Assist with audits and prepare payroll reports for internal teams
- Support union onboarding, including I‑9s and employee setup
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Accounting, HR, or related field
- 1–3 years of payroll or construction industry experience
- Construction/manufacturing exposure ideal
- Payroll timecards preferred
- Personable teammate, enjoys fast pace and staying busy
- $60,000-$70,000
