Job Description
Are you passionate about creating a world‑class employee experience? Join our dynamic Employee Engagement team as an HR Specialist! You will work in our Shakopee, MN office and provide support to our employees. You will assist them in answering general HR questions, processing and maintaining employee records, generating reports and providing additional administrative support.
Responsibilities- Provide expert frontline guidance and support, acting as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, HR programs, paychecks, employee records, and personal information updates.
- Execute administrative projects that require confidentiality, independent judgment and significant impact on customers or suppliers.
- Maintain daily contact with internal customers and/or outside customers or suppliers, originating communications with job seekers, current employees and visitors.
- Act as liaison for HR staff by performing support duties such as conference or meeting planning, preparing complex documents, or coordinating department activities.
- Prepare queries and reports for the HR function, analyze data and initiate actions based on evaluation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six years of related experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with Oracle HR/HCM systems.
- Ability to generate and analyze reports.
- Bachelor's degree a plus.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary of $60,000–$70,000 annually, commensurate with your skills and experience.
