Hours:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Duties of the bilingual sort line lead
- Spanish position:
- Pick and sort materials for end markets
- Monitor quality and screen unacceptable items
- Oversee sorting system efficiency and uptime
- Assist in supervising temporary staff
- Perform light equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and logs
Requirements of the bilingual sort line lead
- Spanish position:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of supervisory or line lead experience
- Ability to multitask in a team environment
- Mechanical experience
- Punctuality and strong time management
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Standing, walking, and repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Ability to work in varying weather and dusty conditions
- Reliable transportation and basic computer skills
- Ability to pass background check and E-Verify
