Hours:

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Duties of the bilingual sort line lead
- Spanish position:

• Pick and sort materials for end markets
• Monitor quality and screen unacceptable items
• Oversee sorting system efficiency and uptime
• Assist in supervising temporary staff
• Perform light equipment maintenance
• Maintain accurate records and logs

Requirements of the bilingual sort line lead
- Spanish position:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 2+ years of supervisory or line lead experience
• Ability to multitask in a team environment
• Mechanical experience
• Punctuality and strong time management
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Standing, walking, and repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to work in varying weather and dusty conditions
• Reliable transportation and basic computer skills
• Ability to pass background check and E-Verify
