Janitor 2nd Shift (5PM to 1:30 AM)

Join our 2nd shift Janitorial team and use your skills to keep our recently remodeled global headquarters office in sparkling condition. Under the direction of the Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing janitorial duties with performance measured in terms of appearance throughout the facility. You will be part of an 8‑person team, yet you will work independently to clean your own assigned zone.

Take pride in keeping your zone clean while enjoying a variety of responsibilities.

Working hours:

5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

• Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc. On‑job training provided.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Clean windows and windowsills.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Properly label, dilute and use all chemicals.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
• Assist with setup of facility meetings and events.
• Perform other routine maintenance duties and tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent education or work experience.
• Must be able to work well with other team members, take direction from a supervisor, and work independently.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills; ability to read and understand detailed English instructions and convey the same to staff.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to lawfully work in the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US.

• Minimum of 6 months janitorial cleaning experience.
• Strong service and quality attitude.
• Basic computer skills.

Starting base pay is $13.62–$19.98 per hour, depending on geographic location, education, skills, and experience.

The position is eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
