Victory Staffing is currently hiring Crew Members for a client in Shakopee.

Crew Member

The ideal candidate:

Must be 18+

Must be ok and comfortable working with heights and on ladders/roofs

Willingness to learn

Ability to work individually

Experience is preferred but not required

A valid Drivers license

Manual Dexterity:
You will be required to kneel, reach, climb and balance on a regular basis

Able to lift 50-70 lbs. consistently

Contribute to a fun and energetic environment that makes others excited to come into work

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to communicate clearly with clients both in person and on the phone

This position is responsible for performing window cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients as well as other services including gutter cleaning, pressure washing, etc.

Ice dam steaming and roof shoveling (during winter months)

Pressure washing siding, concrete, decks, and patios

Must be able to climb ladders and work at height levels up to 32 feet as well as lift 65lbs

Ensure 100% client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed

Greet clients with a friendly attitude and notify clients of any pre-existing conditions with windows (seal damage, scratches, hard water stains, etc.) when performing on-site estimate

Be respectful and courteous while working in every clients home/office- moving furniture & window treatments back to original placement, turning off lights, taking off shoes, etc.
