Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager – Up to $5,000 sign on bonus – Shakopee, MN.

The Operational Program Director (OPD) will lead and coordinate overall programs that work with persons with intellectual, developmental, mental health, medical needs and/or on the Autism Spectrum. The role combines direct care and supervisory duties.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm. OPD is on call from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday every 3‑6 weeks, covering about 15‑30 sites. Programs are located in Shakopee & Prior Lake, MN.

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred. Must be Designated Manager (245D) status in MN.
• Three years’ experience supervising staff in the human services field required.
• Valid United States Driver’s License and acceptable background check per policy.
• Valid liability vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete personal care tasks, lift, transfer, transport persons served in community.
• Strong decision‑making, time management, communication skills; responsible and flexible.
• Minimum 18 years old; some programs require at least 21 years old per MN requirements for children/foster care licensed programs.

• Starting Salary $65,000 – $66,787.50 annually.
