As the Program Manager for Marketing Services at GN Hearing, you will lead a strategically important role centered around the impactful marketing services offered to our key customer channel. You’ll be responsible for enhancing and driving this marketing agency program and team, requiring vision and a pragmatic approach to delivering results through collaboration with the full commercial team, vendors, and customers.
You’ll act as a bridge between key stakeholders, including our local commercial organization (sales, marketing, customer care, etc.) and our various support partners located regionally and globally in Denmark.
Your responsibilities include leading go‑to‑market plans for the program and services, integrating within the GN tech stack, managing business impact and continuous improvement projects, co‑creating the 3‑year plan, overseeing vendor relationships, and guiding a six‑person team.

- Co‑create, manage, and analyze the program annual plan.
- Provide strategic leadership to align resources and investments with business priorities.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility by adhering to budgets.
- Continuously optimize responsibilities for world‑class execution.
- Support the evolution of the program and position it among top growth programs in GN Hearing North America.
- Lead introduction of new services and offerings internally and externally.
- Own and optimize end‑to‑end program processes for efficient delivery.
- Ensure marketing communications reflect program brand standards and core messages.
- Obsess over performance metrics to ensure data‑driven activities achieve value expectations.
- Manage marketing assets efficiently using internal brand teams and external vendors.
- Partner with branding leads to evolve creative and visual identities.
- Optimize consult, booking, execution, and post‑mortem review processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, including MBRs and QBRs, to deliver value.
- Support evolving design of the marketing services program and integration with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to develop services based on market trends.
- Create support tools: sell sheets, sales support tools, B2B & B2C marketing materials.
- Oversee program enablement tools.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer experience expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or related fields.
- Graduate‑level degree is a bonus.
- Program and/or Project Management Professional certificates are a bonus.
- 7+ years in agency management and/or program management.
