We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in producing top-quality finishes that meet manufacturer standards and exceed customer expectations.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for refinishing, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix, match, and apply paint using waterborne paint systems for precise color accuracy
• Perform refinishing work in accordance with OEM repair requirements
• Ensure paint jobs meet quality, safety, and durability standards
• Maintain paint booth, tools, and equipment in clean working condition
• Remove masking and assist with reassembly as needed
• Work collaboratively with body technicians and estimators to maintain workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to overall shop cleanliness

• 3+ years of experience as an Auto Body Painter in a collision repair environment (required)
• Strong knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and refinishing techniques
• Experience with waterborne paint systems preferred
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to read and follow work orders and repair plans
• I-CAR, ASE, or manufacturer certifications preferred but not required
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team setting
