Wet wash production lines and rooms in a cold manufacturing environment;
Operate and maintain specialized sanitation and cleaning equipment;
Complete required sanitation documentation (sanitation logs, set-up forms, swab forms);
Communicate progress, delays, or non-routine issues to the Sanitation Group Lead or Supervisor
