Job Description & How to Apply Below
1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMPay: $22–$24/hour
Location:
Shakopee, MNA Day in This Role At 8:30 AM you open the day’s package: routers, BOMs, assembly prints, and customer notes. You map out the build, verify parts, and set up the bench—microscope focused, halo light tuned, soldering iron ready. By mid-morning, you’re dispensing solder paste and carefully placing 0201 passives, fine‑pitch ICs, leadless devices, diodes, LEDs, connectors, and switches under the microscope.
After lunch, hand‑soldered touch‑ups and an oven reflow bring boards to life—always aiming to meet J‑STD‑001 expectations. You check alignment, polarity, accuracy, and overall quality for both SMT and through‑hole work, then pivot to a quick cable assembly and lend a hand to shipping/receiving. Before closing your station, you document findings, suggest a small process tweak, and confirm everything aligns to IPC‑A‑610.What
